Homeowner Interest Form

If you're interested in applying for a Habitat home, the first step is to call the Habitat office at 229-446-8199, Ext. 11 or submit your information on the form below. If you fit our initial qualifications, we will add your name to our notification list and send you an invitation to our next homeowner orientation.

Note: this is not an application for a Habitat home but rather an Interest Form that will help us better assess your needs and whether or not you could qualify for a home.
