Volunteer & Family Services Coordinator/ Marketing Director
Jordan is our Volunteer & Family Services Coordinator. She intakes all of our volunteer and homeowner applications, schedules volunteer days and for events and fundraisers, and walks potential Habitat homeowners through the application process. She also handles our social media, print media, and advertising. Jordan graduated from Valdosta State University with a B.A. in Psychology and has counseling, social services, and marketing experience.
We have another Albany native! Mike is our Facilities Director/Operations Manager. He oversees all of our construction work and building projects, making sure that all of our homeowners have a decent place to live. Before Habitat, Mike owned his own construction business in Albany for more than 20 years.
Albany native here! Scooter is our Executive Director. He oversees everything from our ReStore, to our Homeowner Program, to fundraising and grants, and much more! attended Albany High School, and went on to graduate from Albany State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He has a heavy background in real estate, and he was also the Assistant Manager for the Albany Mall. Scooter is very active in his church and in the community.
Teresa is our Financial Director here at Flint River Habitat. She handles all of the company's finances, grants, and homeowner mortgages. Teresa graduated from Jacksonville State University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has over 20 years experience in non-profit work, including The Salvation Army, Girl Scouts, Ronald McDonald House, Women Crisis Center, and the Drop-in Center. She is also heavily involved in the Band Booster program for Lee County Schools.
